I will try and describe my recovery from this illness on an updated basis from the madness without the programme through to today.

After finding out I could sleep fairly normally and walk down the road with out being stopped by panic attacks..I thought that was it, I had made it!

I got involved in a relationship with a girl I met at the Blue Bonnets convention in Dumfries....the one thing I had been waiting for that would make my life complete...or so I thought was a woman!

After going out for about a year I decided to Move North to Scotland to Live with My girlfriend and life became really hard then!

Obviously at the beginning it was great, but reality bites as they say and I soon became restless, irritable and discontent!

I was going to 'normal meetings of AA' and was sharing as others were doing and I had got by on the fellowship aspect, but this had now worn off.

My attitude was terrible at home and at work and I left a job (before I was fired) and got involved in the oilfield industry, which gave a higher salary.< ... Read More »
