Log on to Recovery Realm

Click on the FORUMS Link
The Message Forums page opens

Scroll down the page to find a Forum that is best suited for your posting
Click on the Forum you want to post in

Scroll down the page

On the Left hand side in a blue bar you will see the word... Topics
Just above ..Topics .. is .. Add New Topic
Click Add New topic

Scroll down the page

A text window appears for you to type your message

Name your posting in the .. Subject pane
In the Body ..compose your message

Once done Scroll down the page
Click Submit

Your posting should now appear in the Message forums.
