I just copied and pasted this here to help you out. Its from the FAQs at the top of the home page beside "contact us". Hope it helps. If ya need any more help just ask.

How do I add an Avatar and Signature ?

 
  • Go To  the Forums Page
  • Login To the site
  • just under the Shout box - On the Right hand side you  should see the text-
  1. My Profiles
  2. Search
  3. Members
  • Click on My Profile
  • To the left you should see the Text "Edit Profile"
  • A number of different fields will come up for you to edit. You  will find "Signature" as well as an area where you can upload an Avatar and or a picture.
  • Avatars must be  no larger than 100 x 100 pixels
  • It may take several  minutes forthe  avatar to appear in the forums so  do not panic if you  do not see it right away
  • After editing your profile remember to click on  "Update Profile"
