I just wanted to say thank you Skye once again for the grasshopper! And thank you Melly for the PM telling me to go look. For those who dont know, my sponcer told me once to "Have Patience, Grasshopper!" and I laughed about it cause I had never heard that before but then I started looking up grasshopper stuff to just joke with her because I thought it was funny to be called grasshopper. But during looking things up online I found out "patience grasshopper", isnt something she just made up... lol. They even have shirts with the saying on it..... haha. So, after joking so much about it, I found it really ODD that I go to an AA meeting when I came back trying to get clean and sober, I was sitting at the table and struggling with a panic attack only to look up becuase of something someone said and seen a brass grasshopper sitting on the table infront of me. It helped me get through that meeting telling myself "Patience, grasshopper". It was like someone knew I needed that reminder right at that moment. I swore that my sponcer told someone to do that, because get real.... who brings a brass grasshopper of all things to an AA meeting just to sit on the table for no reason. but LOL she told me to face it that it was a God Shot! And I did. So thats why the grasshoppers are my thing now. To me its a higher power thing and since then have had a few grasshopper moments. And last night I was and am having a hard time when Melly told me to come into chat and look at the avatars. So to me it was just another God shot last night that you would do that right at that moment and another reminder to have patience when I was struggling so bad. Thank you Skye for the Grasshopper, and thank you Melly for PMing me. It is so kool. I love it. Thank you both for being here. Love and hugs. And HAPPY BIRTHDAY SKYE!
