I am sitting here about in tears somewhere between sadness and gratitude, not sure which one to be feeling right now. Sadness because of things I won't go into, and gratitude because of this site and all the wonderful people I have met here. When I made a yahoo blog trying to start fresh and connect with possitive people in recovery and I typed the word "recovery" in on search and came across "recovery realm" blog, never did I think that little search would have led me here with all of you wonderful people and I just want to say thank you to Skye, Melly, all the trusted servents, and to each member who has been and is such a blessing and help and friend to me. I have seen alot of what living a life of recovery and having an HP can be like through all of you walking it not just talking it and I just want to say thank you each one. thank you for all you have and do for me and everyone who comes on this site. I can honestly say, I finally see this recovery thing is and can be for real in words and actions. thanks and hugs to you all!

I want to thank you Kim. There are many times when I come into chat that I have not been in a very good mood. Usually you are one of the first ones to say hi and hand out hugs. Almost always I start to feel better right away. You always participate in the forums and the meetings. You are taking positive action in your own recovery and that is why we are here. To help each other on our journey to better life.

Goodmorning! and Thank You Kim. I agree with what Larry said. DITTO!!!!
I awoke this morning and did my usual routine. There has been a bug in my side since talking to my son yesterday and although I have been doing the inventory work on it and praying about it I have been in a foul mood this morning! Can't wait to get to a meeting! I really need one!

I come in here to read and find some words of wisdom before heading out and find this post. There it is. A smile! That warm fuzzy feeling knowing that all this is not in vain, nor selfish. Sooooooooo... Thank you too Kim for being here for me...

I too, are grateful for this site and the people here who I draw strength from. I am so proud of you all for helping us keep this site safe, happy and inspirational. This is truly a "we" thing.  It amazes me how close a person can feel to another in such a short amount of time. Your words inspire me and your friendships help me cope with life.

Thank YOU all from the bottom of my heart.

Melly
