So I brought this up in a meeting today, and I was wondering if anyone could contribute to this list. It's be nice if we could have a running list of everybody's coping stategies

 

1)exercise

2)drawing

3)coloring

4)writing

5)coming on here ^^

6)talking to another SMA member

And feel free to add to the list

7) queezing ice

8) playing the guitar and singing (until my hands and nieghbours cant take it anymore)

9) cry and lament and chew up your cushion and let it out.

10) getting cuddles from freind/boyfreind/teddy/doll/pet

11) clean the hole house

12) take a shower

13) dress up in your fave clothes / mix and mach accessories and do your hair

14) go to a meeting

15) remind yourself of how awesome you are, how far you have come, and how hard you try

16) remember all the people you dont want to dissapoint

17) go to bed and sleeeeeeeeeep

18) make wolf howls out your bedroom window

19) read your favouret book

12) brush your hair/teath

What do Recovery Realm and a rubber duck have in common?
They both keep you company when you're getting clean.
