I am so happy to be smoke free.  It has been over 2 years since I quit and this is the longest I have been quit.  I have had lots of support and better yet, I have supported many quitting smoking.  It is like in A.A....helping others insures your sobriety, or in this case my smobriety. 

Just wanted to stop in and say it works if you work it with the quitting smoking program too.
