Last night i attended my first online meetin hosted by Melly.

Tonight i will be attending my first f2f meeting and wanted to thank everyone from last night for helping me get over my fear and nerves. Melly and hobie in particular ( along with kim and everyone else) made me feel warm and welcome. Mel was especially patient with me about opening up and i really appreciate it. 

I look forward to more chats and meetings and hope to soon accept myself the way you all did last night. It's going to be hard and still is scary but i know with the support i had last night and will continue to have from all, (as i think hobie said)

Amanda, It was great meeting you. I am glad you are going to go to a f2f meeting also and look forward to seeing you in chat and meetings here again.. Take it one day at a time, heck one minute or one second at a time if you need to. I know its scarey (we all know), but just remember you are NOT alone!

It was great meeting you Amanda. You may have been scared but you sure got on to the humour fast enough which will def. do you a lot of good. One of the best gifts in the program is the ability to laugh at ourselves.

Keep coming back. Never forget, you are why we are here.
