Recovery Happens!
 Recovery Happens is a Rally/Information Fair held in celebration of recovery on the west steps of the State Capitol building in Sacramento, California with speakers, information booths, singers, food, AA/NA meetings inside the Capitol, fellowship, etc.

It all starts off with a complimentary pancake breakfast at 8:00AM!
