Can not Enter Chat Rooms or Online Meetings

I am logged in  but the RED chat room Box will not load.

I keep getting Booted/moofed out of the chat room. What did I do wrong?

What is the EMERGENCY CHAT Room ?

I can not see EMOTICONS in Chat and am using VISTA.

Java Cache- How do I Clear it ?
